$30.00 processing fee is charged per booking at the time of ticketing. 

If a reservation is not processed for ticketing, no fees apply!

All eligible tickets are issued as electronic tickets.

Terms and Conditions:

Terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Upon the completion of any reservation (when you click "purchase now"), Research Travel, Inc. has the right to issue tickets. Once tickets have been issued, any and all changes will be subject to change, reissue and/or refund penalties. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Research Travel, Inc. debiting your account for any costs Research Travel, Inc. incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.

Airline tickets are processed between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday Eastern Time. If you confirm your reservation on-line after these hours the Airline tickets are processed the next business day and are subject to possible price increases from the airlines. If this should happen a Representative from Research Travel, Inc. will contact you prior to processing the Airline tickets.

Hotel Reservation Requirements:

Hotels require a Major Credit Card to make a reservation. If you wish to add a Hotel and or Car Rental to your Airline reservation, please complete your airline reservation add your Hotel and Rental Car.

Car Rental Requirements:

Clients must meet the following Minimum qualifications to rent a car.
Driver must be at least 25 years old (unless a corporate contract specifies otherwise) with a current and valid Drivers License, (License must be valid throughout the rental period.
Driver must have a good driving record.
Driver must have a valid major credit card in the Drivers name at time of rental.
Rental car companies do not accept Debit Cards.

Travel insurance:

Is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. Research Travel, Inc. recommends that you purchase Travel_Insurance_or_Travel_Protection, for comprehensive and affordable coverage.

You will receive an e-mail invoice to take with you to the airport. Please verify your e-mail address when completing your transaction.

If you are using any major credit card to purchase Airline Tickets you must have a Research Travel, Inc. Profile Form on file in our office.
